Dr Ricketts is an experienced Specialist GP who is committed to providing quality and compassionate care with a focus on women’s and maternal health.
After obtaining her medical degree from the University of Wollongong, Dr Ricketts worked as a junior doctor at Toowoomba Hospital where she spent 17 weeks working in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department. In addition to her work as a GP, Dr Ricketts is a surgical assistant alongside gynaecologists at Nowra and Wollongong Private Hospitals.
Dr Ricketts offers antenatal shared care with Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital and medical termination of pregnancy. She is also trained in Implanon and Mirena/Kyleena removal and insertions.
She is currently enrolled in Australasian Lactation Courses.
