Patient satisfaction affects health outcomes, and our Practice acknowledges that patient feedback is important. Our Practice provides patients with the opportunity to provide compliments, complaints, or suggestions. There is a standard feedback form in our reception area if you wish to write something down.
Please let us know if there are any areas we could change or improve. We also like to know what we are doing well, so we can keep up the good work!

- Compete the feedback form and give it back to a receptionist
- Request a meeting to discuss your issue with the Practice Manager
